Absolutely so thrilled with every aspect of my hot tub purchase from Coleman Backyards. I got a thorough explanation of the operating and filtration system from my salesman James Bryant. I was helped the minute I walked in and spent over an hour on one spa. I then drug my husband back and James repeated the information to him. They knew the answers to EVERY question I had and offered way more than I knew to ask! Delivery was prompt and Art and the crew were courteous and professional. I think they had to roll the tub on rollers about 60 feet, but they took the time to pad the tub AND strap it in for the short roll. They picked up all trash, measured and centered the tub just where I wanted it and did a wonderful explanation of the start up and maintenance routine which is sooo simple. I had a minor electrical problem the first time I used the tub (electrician related) that I spoke to James about and his trouble shooting expertise did the trick. I also had one other issue with some foam in the tub. I called James and problem solved. Cotton clothing in the spa can lead to excess foaming from detergent in the clothes. Gave me a tip and looks like the problem will clear right up! Hate long reviews, but again so many wonderful things about this company and the Hot Springs product. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I purchased the hot tub to help with chronic pain due to Fibromyalgia and Degenerative lumbar disc disease. This affects my quality of life greatly. Mostly interfering with my 4 day/week golf and my desire to exercise daily for weight loss and health. I’m pleased to say I have been in the tub twice a day for 11 days and my pain is about 80% improved!!! So looking forward to a better quality of life! Thanks again to James and the whole staff at Coleman!
